Under attack, pricing a port, or reporting abuse from our ranges - every address below is read by an engineer, around the clock.
The NOC. Monitored 24 hours a day, every day of the year, by the engineers who run the network. If you are under attack, write here.
Ports, protection, wavelengths and transport. Quotes come from people who can also read your traffic graph.
Abuse originating from our address space. Include timestamps with a timezone and whatever evidence you have.
If you are under attack, say so in the subject line and include the addresses or prefixes involved. That is enough to start - we would rather begin looking at traffic and ask the remaining questions afterwards than hold you up collecting details while the attack runs.
There is deliberately no phone number, no chat widget and no ticket portal. Addresses that are actually watched beat channels that are answered unevenly. Established customers get a shared channel with their own engineers, which is faster than any of this.
The form delivers to the same mailboxes - it exists for the day you are on a machine without a mail client.
Every address above lands with the people who run the network and wrote the filter, and the first reply comes from one of them. Why the first line looks like this - and why there is no chatbot in front of it - is on the support page.
Prefixes or addresses involved, timestamps with a timezone, and anything you can show us - a graph, a capture, even a single sample packet. None of it is required, but each item saves one round-trip while the problem is live.
We stay with it until the traffic is clean. Afterwards you get the incident record - which rule fired, what the traffic consisted of, and a capture you can open in your own tools. The format is on the evidence page.
Transit and protection customers get a named account manager and a network engineer who know the circuit, the policy and its history, so the next incident does not start with you explaining your topology again.
